Guess the Personality

Setup and Materials

✔ Materials needed:

• Headbands, elastic bands, or clips to attach the cards

• 10 small cards per player (like playing cards), each containing names of objects, personalities, places, foods, etc.

• A stopwatch (optional) for fast-paced versions

Game Preparation

1️⃣ Each player writes 10 words (varied: people, objects, places, foods, abstract ideas).

2️⃣ All cards are shuffled into a single pile.

3️⃣ Each player receives 10 random cards face down.

4️⃣ Each player takes the top card from their stack and attaches it to their forehead without seeing it.

To avoid cheating, this can be done in two ways:

• Players take turns attaching their own card while others watch.

• An opponent places the card on their forehead for them.

Game Rules

1️⃣ Turn Sequence

✔ The player asks yes/no questions as long as they get a “Yes.”

✔ A “No” or “Maybe” ends their turn.

✔ After each “Yes,” the player may attempt a guess.

✔ If the guess is correct, the turn ends and they prepare the next card.

✔ If the guess is wrong, they may continue asking questions until they receive a “No.”

💡 This keeps the game flowing while allowing multiple chances to guess correctly.

🧠 Sample Turn

1️⃣ The player starts:❓ “Am I an animal?”✅ “Yes.”🤔 “A lion?”❌ “No.”

2️⃣ They refine the guess:❓ “Am I a domestic animal?”✅ “Yes.”🤔 “A cat?”❌ “No.”

3️⃣ Another question:❓ “Do I have four legs?”❌ “No.” → End of turn.

Next player takes their turn.

🏆 The first player to correctly guess all 10 of their words wins the game!

🔄 Fun Variants

💡 1. Speed Mode ⏳

• A die roll decides who starts

• Each player has 10 or 30 seconds to ask and guess

• Correct guess? Swap card and keep going until time runs out

• Missed guess? Continue asking until time’s up

• When time ends, next player goes

• If the word wasn’t guessed in time, keep the same card for the next round
